Remove and wait a while and the colour changes back. Available mixed in Yellow (to green), White (to pink), Blue (to purple), White (to Blue). All have been tested to the required food safety directives. Suitable for iced cold drinks. Colour change can be affected by ambient temperature, so they will already start to change colour if the air temperature is cold.
